Mit der Weiterentwicklung der Satellitentechnologien war der Bedarf an wirksamen Erkennungs-, Reaktions- und Wiederherstellungsmechanismen noch nie so gro\u00df wie heute. Erfolgreiche Angriffe, sei es auf Kommunikationsschnittstellen, Subsysteme oder Versorgungsketten, k\u00f6nnten erhebliche Unterbrechungen verursachen. Diese T\u00e4tigkeit konzentriert sich auf den Schutz von Weltraumressourcen, indem sie die rechtzeitige Erkennung von Bedrohungen, eine effiziente Schadensbegrenzung und die vollst\u00e4ndige Wiederherstellung des Betriebs gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p><p>Im Mittelpunkt der T\u00e4tigkeit steht die <b>Spacecraft Security Monitoring, Control, and Recovery (SSMCR)<\/b> Funktion. Das in die modulare Avionik von Raumfahrzeugen integrierte SSMCR erweitert die herk\u00f6mmlichen autonomen Ausfallmanagementsysteme um sicherheitsspezifische Wiederherstellungsmechanismen. Diese Entwicklung erm\u00f6glicht es Raumfahrzeugen, Sicherheitsvorf\u00e4lle zu erkennen, schnell zu reagieren, gef\u00e4hrdete Systeme zu isolieren und die Funktionalit\u00e4t mit minimaler Ausfallzeit wiederherzustellen. Unterst\u00fctzt werden diese Bem\u00fchungen durch das <b>Central Data Handling System (CDHS)<\/b>das als kritischer Knotenpunkt f\u00fcr die Erkennung von Anomalien fungiert. Dazu geh\u00f6ren die Isolierung der Kommunikation f\u00fcr kompromittierte Teilsysteme und die Erprobung der Verwendung von vertrauensw\u00fcrdigen Plattformmodulen (Trusted Platform Modules, TPM) zur sicheren Aktualisierung kryptografischer Schl\u00fcssel. Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen stellen sicher, dass auch nach einer anf\u00e4nglichen Kompromittierung eine sichere Kommunikation und Systemintegrit\u00e4t aufrechterhalten werden kann.<\/p><p>Ein wichtiger Bestandteil dieser Aktivit\u00e4t ist die Entwicklung eines Root-of-Recovery-Mechanismus. Dieser Mechanismus, der die Sicherheit und die Betriebsfunktionen von Raumfahrzeugen innerhalb von sechs Stunden nach einem Angriff wiederherstellen soll, ist ein entscheidender Schritt in Richtung Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit. Der SSMCR wird die betroffenen Subsysteme isolieren, die sichere Kommunikation wiederherstellen, die kryptografischen Schl\u00fcssel aktualisieren und die Verbindungen wiederherstellen, um wiederholte Angriffe zu verhindern. Jeder Schritt wird f\u00fcr eine detaillierte Analyse protokolliert, w\u00e4hrend der Sicherheitsstatus an Bord kontinuierlich an das Missionskontrollsystem (MCS) \u00fcbertragen wird, um Transparenz und \u00dcberwachung in Echtzeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p><p>SANCTUARY Systems GmbH, als Hauptauftragnehmer, arbeitet mit GMV Deutschland bei dieser Aktivit\u00e4t zusammen, die im November 2024
